Hello, and Goodnight

Dr. Weiner’s Story

Dr. Jordan Weiner began his medical career in general otolaryngology after completing his residency at the Mayo Clinic in 1999. Early in his career, he saw that many patients with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea were told CPAP was their only option, leaving those who could not tolerate it without help.

This gap motivated Dr. Weiner to focus on finding better solutions. Over the next 26 years, he built one of the top sleep surgery practices in the country, specializing in surgical and implantable alternatives to CPAP. These include Inspire hypoglossal nerve stimulator therapy and, more recently, the Nyxoah Genio system.

In January 2026, Dr. Weiner became the first surgeon in Arizona to perform the Genio procedure. This achievement further established him as a leader in his field and allowed him to offer more solutions to patients who need them most.

Today, Dr. Weiner is nationally recognized for his expertise in Inspire therapy. He serves on advisory panels, leads multicenter research studies, and performs one of the highest volumes of Inspire procedures in the United States. He maintains a 95% success rate, exceeding the national average of 80%. As a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Phoenix, he trains the next generation of surgeons.

His commitment remains personal: helping each patient breathe and sleep better, and regain their quality of life.

Watch

See How He Thinks

Every patient Dr. Weiner sees has a unique airway. He can’t figure that out just by looking at a chart or a sleep study, so he needs to see it for himself. In this video, he shows exactly how he examines a patient’s airway and explains how that helps him decide which treatment will work best.

It’s a good window into how he approaches every case.

How it Works

Dr. Weiner’s Approach to Treating Sleep Apnea

Every patient who visits us or joins a virtual call brings a unique situation. Sleep apnea is not the same for everyone, and treatment should reflect that. Before he sees each patient, Dr. Weiner reviews the patient’s records including sleep studies and past treatments so that he is familiar with their story. During his visit with the patient, he takes a detailed history. Then, Dr. Weiner performs a specialized physical examination that includes novel measurements of the airway that he developed as well as an endoscopic examination of the airways. Following the office visit, he performs a sedated examination of the airways to determine collapse patterns. Finally, and most importantly, he discusses treatment options that consider the patient’s own preferences.

The goal is never a quick fix. It is long-term, sustainable relief and the confidence that comes from sleeping well again.

Pillar 1

Listen First, Then Recommend

Every consultation begins with understanding your experience: what you’ve tried, what hasn’t worked, and what matters most to you about your care.

Pillar 2

Evidence-Based Treatment

Recommendations are grounded in clinical data, peer-reviewed research, and Dr. Weiner’s direct experience as a lead investigator in national sleep surgery trials.

Pillar 3

Personalized Solutions

Whether the it’s InspireGenio, Airlift, pharyngoplasty, fixing blockage, or a non-surgical treatment, the recommendation is specific to you, not a protocol.

Sleep Better

If you’ve been told there are no options, it’s time to get a second opinion from a doctor who knows there are.
